Beatles Lose Their Apple

Or at least their Apple Corp courtcase...

The Beatles have lost their court challenge against Apple Computer over it's iPod and iTunes download service. The Beatles, owners of the Apple Corp Label had claimed that Apple had broken a deal to ensure that there would not be two 'Apples' in the music industry. However the judge ruled that the computer company was using the logo in association with its store and not with music thus there was no breach. For more details on the story click here.
